Nutrition PlanMaintaining good nutrition is one of life’s hardest challenges, and when you combine that with finding time to exercise? It can be quite the mission. Everywhere we look there are advertisements attempting to break our willpower and pull us away from our diets. Luckily for you, dieting does not have to be about giving up what you love. You can still see magnificent results with a few minor changes and substitutions, and not go hungry.

I am a proponent of a flexible diet that allows you to be happier with yourself, without needless suffering. While you might need to cut back on certain foods, you won’t have to drastically change your eating habits or starve yourself. Neither of these behaviors will achieve the results you are looking for, or make you feel better day to day. As a life coach and teacher I will provide you with support whenever you need it.

The first step in the process involves an in depth discussion about your current eating habits. I will carefully analyze your nutritional balance, and include a proper mix of specific proteins, fatty acids and carbohydrates. Reading a food label doesn’t always provide you with enough information on the nutrients your body needs. For example, there are 9 essential proteins; and most nutrition labels unwisely lump all of them into one category.

During our time together I will introduce you to new dieting schemes, recipes, and better decision making with what you eat; one meal at a time.

Exercise and dieting are long term habits that can have dramatic effects on your life when done properly From daily energy and mental clarity to mood regulation, your diet plays a massive role in every aspect, and every moment of your life. I carefully create your fitness plan based on the initial free 15 minute consultation, which determines your exercise requirements.

I will set out a specific At-Home-Program for you to follow, which will be modified and reviewed accordingly on a regular basis, whether it’s once or five times weekly. But remember, you are not on your own, I will always support you by email or phone or if you have any problems or questions.
